How long until my package reaches?

Delivery time depends on factors such as your location, traffic conditions, weather, courier partner availability, and other operational factors.  However, in most cases, Delivery should usually be completed within 4 days after the package is marked as out for delivery

How do I track my order?

To track your order:

Help! I think my order is missing an Item?

It's essential to act promptly when your package arrives with missing contents. As soon as you notice the issue, contact the sender or carrier to report the problem and request a resolution. The sooner you notify them, the better chances of recovering the missing items.

How do I get in touch with you?
I've entered an incorrect shipping address/pin code/phone number, how can I change it?

There are chances that even after correct address but due to wrong pin code your item will be received by other delivery post office having wrongly quoted pin code but such items are re-sent to correct delivery post office for delivery. So ultimately it causes delay in delivery.

How should I store the products?

Store Petritive products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight for up to 3 months. Refrigerate for up to 6 months or freeze for up to 1 year. After opening, reseal the pack tightly or transfer the product to an airtight container to maintain freshness and quality.
